Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When your item is delivered, you will be asked to check it thoroughly and sign a digital document to declare you are receiving as is. Please be aware, that once you sign this document, you are accepting the item as is.

We have a 7 day grace period where if you do find anything wrong with your item, you will need to get in contact with us immediately.  Each case will be judged on a case by case system, and it is at our discretion as to how we proceed.
